To make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world by equipping the people of God for ministry - all to the glory of God.


Pleasant Lake United Methodist Church is a small church with a big heart. Go south on Old 27 from Angola, IN five miles; turn west on 500 S/Main Street to Pleasant Lake. 

Although our attendance has fluctuated over the years, we tend to hover around 40 on any given Sunday. We are known for the work we do in the community and special events we host. For us, it is not about gaining accolades; it is about making friendships and being a good neighbor.

Greetings in the Name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior!

I am pleased and honored to be the pastor at Pleasant Lake, UMC. I have been serving as an ordained pastor since 2006. In addition, my parents live on the family farm located just outside Rome City, IN. Some hobbies that I enjoy are gardening, baking, watching baseball, F1, and walking my dog, Elsa. She is an Elkhound Mix. I look forward serving Jesus Christ with you.
